The article deals with the legal regulation of the trust management of inherited property. The authors carry out comparative analysis of the regulations of the Chapter 53 of the Russian Civil Code concerning the trust management of property and the regulations of the inheritance law governing such relations. Particular attention is paid to the description of the subject composition of the estate trust management contract, definition of which causes difficulties in the notarial practice.
