Physical fitness can be characterized as the body’s ability to comfortably endure everyday physical activity and successfully cope with suddenly occurring stressful situations. The individual level of physical performance is influenced by factors such as age, gender, heredity, bad habits, and nutritional patterns. When choosing the level of activity of sports activities, you need to ensure that the maximum heart rate during physical activity corresponds to your age and type of activity. By controlling the intensity of your training in this way, you can make progress in developing your own physical capabilities.
