The analysis of the influence of plasma sorption (PS) in a group of patients with a syndrome of the renal (acute and chronic) failure (20 patients, 37 sessions) was conducted. The control group included 5 patients with similar nosologies, who had undergone plasmapheresis. The detoxification and diuretic effects of PS, the advantages of its methods contribute to regression of the syndrome of kidney failure and restoration of its own detoxification mechanisms of the organism.

The study involved 55 patients with hepatic, renal and hepaticrenal failure syndromes. The changes in levels of indicator enzymes in the process of plasma-sorption have been examined. Reducing the excess of ALT, AST, ALP promotes regression of endotoxicosis and decreases functional load on the liver.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the discrete variant of plasma sorption at the initial stages of the procedure in 75 patients, divided into four groups: a) with liver failure syndrome; b) with renal failure syndrome; c) with liver-kidney failure syndrome; d) with other syndromes. The obtained results indicate the protein-retaining effect of plasma sorption, which makes it possible to apply it in case of concomitant hypoproteinemia.

Effect of plasmosorption on blood protein in patients with renal insufficiency

The dynamics of the total protein and its fractions during the plasma sorption in 20 patients with renal insufficiency syndrome has been studied (37 sessions). The control group involved patients with similar pathology, who underwent hemosorption and plasmapheresis for detoxification. Plasma sorption in the comparative aspect has the most stable protein-retaining effect, which makes it possible to apply it with concomitant hypoproteinemia.

The influence of plasma sorption (PS) in the group of patients with hepatic (acute and chronic) failure syndrome (12 patients, 21 sessions) was analyzed. The control group involved 10 patients with similar nosologies, who underwent plasmapheresis. Protein-preservation and diuretic effects, the exclusion of plasma replacement and erythrocyte damage during the PS procedure make it an optimal detoxification method at jaundices of different genesis.

The paper describes the features of changes in lungs with Bekhchet's disease. Recently more and more patients with Bekhchet's disease have been diagnosed in Russia, especially in the North Caucasus. Early detection of the disease will reduce probability of serious complications, including a lethal outcome. In the article on the example of a clinical case? The possibilities of radiodiagnosis of pulmonary lesions in this disease are. The obtained results prove that the main method of diagnosing lungs lesions for such patients is the computed tomography.

The problems of choice a particular vitamin preparation in the pharmacy

In order to assess the rationality of vitamin preparations choice in a pharmacy analyzed the structure of purchase of its oral forms (simple and combined) one hundred and six visitors one of the city pharmacy. Irrational selection of a particular drug was detected in 32.1% of cases (prolonged intake of fat-soluble vitamins, the use of high doses of ascorbic acid at pathology of veins of the extremities, at diabetes mellitus, as well as during pregnancy and lactation, uncontrolled use of vitamin D at elderly, etc.). Increasing the intake of vitamins rationality requires a careful selection of the dosage and timing of use. The key position is to informing the pharmacist of patients during pharmaceutical care.
