Old Russian military training systems for use in continuing education sections

The issues of continuity of modern methods of education in Russia and traditional training systems for a warrior and a citizen of Ancient Russia are examined by the example of the experience of teaching authors in sections of RUSBO on the basis of the ANO National Center for the Development of Russian Martial Arts "Russian Style", the Educational Center "Russian combat and recovery systems, College No. 14, Moscow, MNEPU, MPEI, MPGU. Concrete recommendations on improving the educational process of pupils and students are given.
