Yeast communities of vineyards in Dagestan: number and specific structure

The number and taxonomical structure of yeast of the vineyards growing in northern zone of Dagestan is studied. Their differentiation in system grape plant - soil is shown, the most characteristic groups of yeast communities - Aureobasidium, Candida, Hanseniaspora, Metschnikowia causing similarity of its structure irrespective of grapes variety and conditions of growth are revealed. Occurrence of the types considered as biotechnology resources is shown.
