Dual preparation of engineering personnel as a method for improving labor organization at the enterprise

The article presents the results of a study of the dual system of training engineering personnel and concludes that the working principles of the work collective of a manufacturing enterprise are changed - replacing the individual form of labor organization with a brigade form. The introduction of the brigade form of labor organization leads to an increase in the value of finished goods, an increase in profits and labor productivity in the enterprise.
