A dual association of academic science and business as a means to improve the quality of education

The article deals with a dual education as an effective form of cooperation between state, business and educational institutions in training skilled professionals. The mechanism of joint education is considered. Within such arrangement of education there is a specific role of employers to play in assessing students' achievements in studies. Thus the employer is seen as a guarantor of a high quality in training.
