Spiritual security and national identity

The article grounds the necessity of government providing educational and spiritual security as one of the prerequisites of transition towards the intensive type of cultural reproduction and forming positive social identity. The author emphasizes that traditionally the major components of the government security were considered to be political, military, anthropogenic, ecological or economic. Nowadays, the urgent question is the spiritual security and educational security as a germane to the topic.
