Spiritual, moral and patriotic education of cadets studying at universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

This article examines the main aspects of the educational work of employees of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to instill in cadets and students the traditional values of Russian society. The main sources of regulatory regulation of this work, ways and objectives of its implementation are considered. The author considers the reasons why it is important to carry out the spiritual and moral education of young employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The importance and priority of this area of activity is determined by many factors: the specifics of the geopolitical situation, the nature of the conditions of service, and the need to instill traditional spiritual values in future generations for the better development and functioning of Russian society in the future. Also, the object of consideration of this article is the main areas of educational work carried out in relation to cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, possible forms and ways of its implementation. The author considers and lists the main qualities that should be instilled in cadets based on the results of moral and patriotic education of young employees.
