The spiritual and moral improvement as a reference point of the Russian worldview

The article emphasizes the importance of traditional values for the formation of personality, acquisition of civic position. Individual and group axiological priorities should be considered not separately, but in aggregate, forming an integral system of worldview in the context of the national idea, professional activity, regional peculiarities, religion, etc. Religion as a type of worldview forms basic value categories such as love, faith, responsibility, care, service, devotion, justice, mercy, diligence, and others. These categories in the matter of spiritual formation in Christianity are considered in relation to a person, family, society, and the state as a treasury of good deeds, opposing modern nihilism, infantilism, world acquisition, and lack of love for the motherland. The Orthodox tradition, like other religious traditions of the country, is rich in examples of feats of love, labor and service to the Fatherland, the study of which is necessary for full spiritual development. Therefore, spiritual and moral improvement as a process of spiritual formation of a person is the basis of the value system of the Russian worldview.
