Development of the personality of a future teacher in the conditions of higher education humanization

The essence of humanization of higher education is considered. The forms and methods of the educational process, implemented taking into account the personality-oriented approach and the possibilities of identifying the spiritual and creative resources of future teachers, are outlined. The value of the spiritual development of students on the basis of the humanization of pedagogical education is determined. The system and practice of guiding the development of students ' spirituality are revealed. Organizational forms, methods, principles of developing and self-developing activities of students are highlighted.
