Resume: Intraduodenal administration of pancreatin or trypsin as a model of exosecretion of enzymes by the pancreas, in direct proportion to their dose, accelerates the evacuation of food contents of the stomach into the duodenum and reduces pancreatic secretion. Both effects are the result of inhibition of the releasing of endogenous cholecystokinin, which is the main stimulator of exosecretion of pancreatic enzymes and an inhibitor of gastric evacuation, inhibiting antral motility, and reducing the inhibitory efficiency of duodenoanthral reflux. To provide experimental and clinical data on the enzimergic regulatory conjugation of the exosecretory activity of the pancreas and the evacuation activity of the gastroduodenal complex.
