The quantum yield of chlorine decreasing to zero on plateau and activation energy increasing on Arrhenius at the chlorine photolysis into the matrix of methan formed by vapour deposition at low temperatures was observed. The low-temperature plateau quantum yield of bromine increasing and activation energy decreasing on Arrhenius at the decay of non-equilibrium structure and generation of chaines of molecular complexes at the bromine photolysis into the matrix of ethelene was observed. The optical method was applied.
