Two-year dynamics of beta blockers consumption

The results of many studies demonstrate the lack of adequate control of blood pressure in people with elevated blood pressure, including due to the irrationality of prescribed pharmacotherapy and non-compliance with clinical guidelines. New clinical guidelines have changed the paradigm of the use of beta-blockers in patients with hypertension, suggesting their use primarily in patients with additional indications. The conducted research is aimed at studying the pharmacoepidemiology of beta-blockers for 2020-2021 on the example of the pharmaceutical market of three regions.
