Two-dimensional mathematical modeling of IEF by FreeFem++ integrated development environment

The problem of 2D-distribution of biopolymers by the IEF in the rectangular electrolytic cell with the immobilized pH-gradient is solved. The computer program created on the base of FreeFem++ permits to investigate temporally the IEF-process and to model and optimize a real experiment.
