John Cartwright on the American problem

The article is devoted the problem of mutual relations of Great Britain and North American colonies on the eve of the War for Independence. The author analyzes and assesses the views of the English publicist, radical reformer, Major John Cartwright. Special attention is paid to the reasons of the occurrence of the AngloAmerican crisis and attempts to find ways to solve it.
