Unit of special drawing right as a measure of freight forwarder's liability

This scientific article describes in detail the responsibility of the freight forwarder (carrier) for the loss, shortage, damage (damage) of cargo and for late delivery of rolling stock for loading and unloading of cargo on the territory of the Russian Federation and in international traffic. In addition to the responsibility of the freight forwarder (carrier) in international transport, a unit of special drawing right is also considered as a measure of this responsibility in the carriage of goods by different modes of transport.
