Special attention is paid to the gap between teaching science and educational practice. The problem is of universal methodological character which is explained by the insufficient opportunity for application in practice of the acquired regularities, ways and means, forms and methods, principles and rules, conditions and factors as well as increasing teaching theories which have a relative connection to educational practice.
