The article deals with the creation of conditions in the Russian Unified State Real Estate Registry, reviewed with effect from 1 January 2017 the relevant provisions of the Federal Law «On state registration of real estate». The author treats the property as the Unified State Register of information resources and provides a comparative description of the current and enter into force in 2017 of legislation on this issue.
