Single market of the Eurasian Economic Union: de jure, de facto, de lege ferenda

Introduction: according to Article 4 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, one of the main objectives of the EAEU is to strive for the formation of a common market of goods, services, capital, and labor resources within the Union. The program documents of the EAEU pay considerable attention to this, and the fundamental areas of the Union's activities are related to the functioning of the single market.
