Common customs tariff as the basis for charge of the customs duties in the budget

In this article are considered a customs tariff as the main component of the federal budget of the Russian Federation: the principles and mechanisms of creation of a customs tariff are presented, changes of rates of duties of the Common customs tariff in the conditions of membership of Russia in the WTO are analysed.
