Maintenance of veterinary well-being and health of productive animals, especially in the conditions of intensive operation, bases on realisation in the basic three problems: building optimum conditions of the maintenance, adequate feeding and increase of compensatory organism possibilities. Paper present results of scientific researches on influence of new immunometabolic preparation on immunobiochemical status of pregnant sows.

Текст научной статьи Effectiveness of the immune-metabolic preparations in the reproductive cycle of pregnant sows

Among enough considerable quantity immunestimulator, the few have received wide application in veterinary science practice. It is necessary to notice that application of stimulants of immunodefence practised now, against infringement of exchange processes, not only does not reach desirable result, but can result, and quite often and results, to reception of negative auxiliary action [1-2]. The resulted factors, define the purpose of our researches, on working out immunometabolics preparations for nonspecific corrections of an organism of animals. The special urgency, the problem purposeful immunometabolic corrections, in the conditions of industrial pig breeding invokes, especially at operation highly hybrid the parent livestock selected on intensive meat efficiency.

It is necessary to notice that gestating sows, in the certain, predicted seasons, are in a state of the physiological immunodeficiency bound to formation and development of fruits, organism preparation to production of a colostrum and milk, and also application of chemotherapeutic preparations and frequently with unbalanced feeding that invokes a state immunosuppression and changes of level and a metabolism orientation. In connection with such factors of formation immunometabolic the status at the sows, specific preventive maintenance of diseases against decrease of humoral and cellular factors of a nonspecific immune responsiveness, is not enough effective and physiologically proved. Correction immunobiochemical a homeostasis and preventive maintenance of immunodeficiencyies at gestating sows [3-6].

Thereupon, we consider lawful concept realisation on simultaneous correction of exchange processes and systems of immunodefence at gestating sows.

Materials and methods of research. Relative assessment immunostimulatory efficacy of «metallosuktsinata» made against the taken over technology and the treatment-and-prophylactic actions which have been taken over in conditions Open Company «Magnetic +» Kursk area. For know-how carrying out have chosen bunch gestating sows by a principle of analogues, equivalent on conditions of the maintenance, feeding and age parameters in number of 87 heads. From the culled animals it has been generated two bunches of sows on 15 heads, alive mass 180-200 kg, with 2-3 diurnal difference in insemination date, for clinical supervision and biochemical control of blood. The preparation an animal was introduced on 60-70 days of gestation in a dose by of 5,0 ml. Blood tests made in 10 days after preparation introduction under practical standards.

Results and discussion. In experiences it is positioned that use metallosuktsinata makes active exchange processes at the expense of the metals containing in a basic group of ferments, materials controlling protein metabolism that has allowed to increase the protein maintenance by 7.9%-10,3% (Р≤0,05), according to the seasons of gestation that will be coordinated with activity augmentation aminotransferase (AlAt and AsAt). The albumines characterising in basic amino acid the composition of blood, remained within physiological norm at a positive tendency to augmentation in skilled bunch. Indexes under the urea and kreatinine maintenance in skilled bunch, have a positive tendency to augmentation, within 13,2%-18,3% and 0,9%-1,9% (Р≤0,05) accordingly, testify to sufficient security of a ration a protein.

Within physiological norm the indexes characterising carbohydrate metabolism are defined. At the same time, the fact of decrease in level of pyruvic acid pays attention to 4,2% in skilled bunches of sows. Nevertheless, glucose indexes in blood have increased by 9,1%-8,3% (р≤0,05) according to the seasons of gestation, the milk acid maintenance remains within 1,01,2 mm/l. It is positioned authentic (р≤0,05) augmentation of the general lipids in blood whey on 32,4%-17,1% in skilled bunches that is bound to the penetrating season of gestation. Thus the indexes characterising mineral metabolism remain within physiological norm.

The positioned increase of activity of alkaline phosphatase, in all bunches, and phosphorus augmentation in blood, testifies to imbalance of mixed fodder on mineral nutritiousness. However, the copper maintenance in blood increases at authentic values (Р≤0,05) within 26,6%-10,1% and iron of 1,2%-2,9%, according to the seasons of gestation in skilled bunch. It is necessary to note augmentation of the general immunoglobulins in skilled bunch on 6,8%-8,8% testifying to increase nonspecific factors of immunodefence. Thus, the analysis of the received data allows to notice that application «metallosuktsinata» in penetrating of gestation for 60th and 70th day, has the expressed purposeful positive an effect on formation immunometabolic the status in an organism gestating sows. Crude protein increase, accordingly the seasons супоросности, on 7,9%-10,3%, glucoses within 9,1%-8,3%, the general globulins on 6,8%-8,8% is positioned.

Results of researches testify about high immunostimulatory activity metallosuktsinata capable the expressed purposeful positive an effect has on formation immunometabolic the status in an organism of pigs and awakely to influence a pre-natal fetation, raising its viability at a birth.
