Given the circumstances of the "VICENTIN" case, and the attitude that the hegemonic groups - both economic-financial and media - now adopt, to oppose the policies promoted by the national government in this regard, I present to you the review of a text that I published a few years ago and in which I try to highlight a historic struggle that began precisely in June in the Province of Santa Fe, which was led by those who were affected in the enjoyment of their rights, due to archaic and unjust invocations of legal concepts used by the dominant sectors in the first decades of the 20th century. It was on June 15, 1912, in the historic square of the town called Bigand, in that province, when the initial call for the agrarian strike was made, later declared on June 25 of that year, and which is known as " The Cry of Alcorta". A rural struggle to improve the conditions in which the settlers found themselves, subject to leonine lease contracts and the alleged property rights invoked by the landlords; that is, the landowners, proclaiming the "absolute right of private property", for their exclusive benefit.
