The international SciUp publication platform, according to the terms of use, operates as a social network and is an information intermediary under
Article 1253.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, providing registered authors and publishers
the right to independently publish (post) and set access modes for published documents.

The administration of the international SciUp publication platform does not verify whether the author and
publisher have exclusive rights to intellectual property results for published documents, does not modify published
documents, is not the initiator of document transfer, and does not determine the recipient of
published documents. Full responsibility for compliance with
copyright and related rights laws, as well as for materials prohibited for publication in
the Russian Federation, lies directly with the author or publisher.
Each publication page states the publisher or author who published
this document.

At the same time, some scientific articles that are available on the internet under
an open license and in free access were partially added tothe site by
LLC "MOBILE READING TECHNOLOGIES" in order to transfer control of the journal profile to the publisher.
