Synthesis of autoantibodies is genetically programmed. Аll healthy people of different age and sex have the similar complex of autoantibodies, that was formed in prenatal period. The review of the literature represents the importance of determining of the multiparametric analysis of autoantibody markers in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus, diseases of the nervous, broncho-pulmonary, cardiovascular systems, as well as obstetric and gynecological diseases.
