The Eurasian concept of human rights is the new point of view from the perspective of Eurasian on the human rights that implies mutual respect to human rights and freedoms, as well as obligations and responsibilities between human beings, public and state. The Eurasian Declaration of Human Rights is a new rights protection document of the XXI century, which reflects the features of approaches to solve the complex relationships in the sphere of human rights. The Eurasian Court of Human Rights is a new political, legal and rights protected instrument in the field of human rights on the Eurasian continental space.
