The Eurasian basis of national security of Russia

The main idea of the article is the formation of the Russian nation on the basis of the Eurasian civilization under the condition of its leadership in states where the Eurasian civilization values have effect. The Russian nation is defined as a multi-ethnic community of the citizens of Russia, formed on the basis of the Eurasian civilization. And the author poses the Russian ethnos into the core of the Russian nation. Such interpretation of the nation allows integrating ethnic nationalisms into the pan-Eurasian tradition of the national-building, making the multi-ethnicity of the state a factor of strengthening its national security.
