Eurasian mentality as the civilizational foundation of nation building of Eurasian Economic Community

The article analyzes geopolitical borders of Russia. The authors determine the notion of Eurasian mentality that is the general civilizational foundation for considerable number of states of the former Soviet Union. The authors make practical conclusions, conditioned by identical mentality of Eurasian area nations.
