The Russian concept of Eurasian Union appeared almost simultaneously (early 1990-ies) with the project "Tumen" as its antipode. If "Tumen" (and Eurasian corridor) is the isolation of Russia, the disruption of the Eurasian space, its geopolitical transformation for the sake of geostrategic aims of China, then a Eurasian Union is a community of different races, symbolizing the future unity of States of Eurasia, and subsequently the world. United by the common economic interests, the member states of the Eurasian Union are to form a new powerful pole of a globalizing world.
