N this article the process of actualization of the Eurasianism concept under globalization conditions in modern Russia, the attitude to this process in the world as well as the role of modern intelligentsia in the development of the Eurasianism concept, the dialogue of cultures and social partnership are analyzed. Partnership is regarded as a strategy of interaction of social subjects that is alternative to confrontation; the most essential principles of partnership implementation are described. History of formation of the Eurasianism concept among Russian emigrants is briefly proposed in comparison with the theory of the dialogue of cultures that was formulated at the same time in M.M. Bakhtin ’s works as a basis for the analysis of the perspectives of partnership development on a global scale. The western - «to the West» and the eastern - «to the East» projects of «exploration the world» are shown to be implemented in the New 51 Евразийство и мир 3/2014 modern period, but they didn’t barely take into consideration the necessity of the dialogue of cultures. In the situation of globalization the renaissance of the Eurasianism is regarded as a complex and intra contradictory process, in which levels of state policy, theory, agitation and populism are developing asynchronously, covering the amplitude from the Eurasianism being regarded as a level on which the dialogue and partnership relations between Russia and the world are developing to the use of the slogan «struggle for Eurasianism» as a justification for a call to violence. The challenge of intelligentsia in this situation is to overcome this duality, elaborate and realize the program of full inclusion of the Eurasianism concept as an important element of the Russian social capital in the system of partnership development both inside Russia and on the global scale.
