European strategy of education development for the future: attitudes, outlooks, scenarios

The article discusses the current approaches to the issue of educating a person of the future in the context of pessimistic estimation of new tendencies of the world evolution. Based upon the strategies and scenarios of education development offered by international organizations and researchers the author reviews the peculiarities of projecting the university education system under the conditions of globalization and incipiency of new risks associated with various schemes of higher school financing.
