European puzzle: a new electoral reality in the context of a system crisis

The article discusses current trends in electoral processes of European States in the context of a system crisis. On the examples of the parliamentary elections in Germany and the referendum in Catalonia, the author shows that the results of the vote form the preconditions for destabilization of the socio-political situation.
