Cadbury chocolate factory was one of the world-known British family firms. The author analyses some aspects of professional and charity work of members of the Cadbury family, the establishment of the factory and model village in Bournville in particular, and shows, how their Quaker principles influenced the development of Cadbury’s enterprise.
