The factor of spatial transformations in the innovatively oriented scenarios of social and political development of Russia

The article is about de? nition of the spatial factor within the limits of scenarios of social and economic development of the country. The necessity of more scale account of peculiarity of regional development and territorial administration for drawing up of forecasts of an innovative orientation is designated. Spatial transformations as certain restrictions of scale transformations in the country are discussed.
