The factor of technological pendulum in the development of economic systems (informal institutions of the centralized and market economy)

This article discusses the problem of correlation between the institutions of the centralized and market economies from a position of influence of factors of innovation and technical progress on the course of economic development of different economic systems. It is shown that the nature of STPS depends not only on market factors, but is a consequence of a broader set of conditions, and evolution is presented as a parallel development of different types of economic systems.
