The article examines the formation of the corporation competitiveness of the knowledge economy from the standpoint of the formation and development of human capital, one of the basic terms which the authors attributed the creation of knowledge or intellectual production and supply of health. It has been shown that the development of preventive health care in the early detection of deviations solves the problem and allows you to provide a basis for the growth and development of individual human capital.
