The article considers the issues of analyzing the factors of the external and internal environment of the enterprise of the construction complex. PEST analysis and SWOT analysis were carried out, which made it possible to assess the likelihood of various factors influencing the company's activities, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company; identify areas for further development of the construction organization in a competitive market.
