Factors of the dynamics of migration activity of graduates of IT-specialities and areas of training of regional university

In this article, the task is to consider the factors of the dynamics of migration activity of graduates of IT-specialties and areas of training of regional universities. In order to solve this problem, six higher education institutions from different regions of Russia, which are remote from each other, are examined in which it is possible to obtain education in IT-areas. Special attention is paid to the salaries of graduates of IT specialties. Other factors influencing migration of graduates are also considered. The most popular and attractive regions have been identified.
