The article deals with the issue of search of the factors influencing on financial stability of the enterprise. The author considers a number of the factors that influence on the financial stability of the enterprise, they systematized and submitted as classification. This problem is really actual in conditions of the financial and economic crisis. The financial steady enterprise has a number of advantages, for example, in mobilization of investments, obtaining credits, suppliers and consumers choosing, it is more independent of unexpected change of the market conditions. The criteria developed by the author and the basic characteristics of financial stability of the enterprise are given.
