Factors of formation and representation of positive image of Russia

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of positive image of Russia. The processes of explication and representation of positive image, their levels and practice are considered. The attention is paid to the mechanism of formation of positive images in public consciousness, their development and destruction. The functions and the structure of state image are also considered in the article and the results of Russians surveys in different periods are given. The conclusions concerning image strategy of Russian ideology for the nearest future are formulated.
