To focus on the formation of business climate in the region, it is important to know and take into account the factors that influence on this process. The article distinguishes and reviews the following factors: purpose-oriented, informational, infrastructural, organizational, educational, communicative, regulative, collaborating, enabling ones and factors of social impact.
