Factors of formation of regional food markets

This article assesses the impact of socio-economic factors on the formation of regional food markets in order to assess the possibilities of their integration. The purpose of the study is to assess the relationship between two processes: on the one hand, the formation of the digital economy, on the other hand, the formation of the main elements of the food market (demand, supply, prices) based on econometric analysis and the proposed theoretical model. Structural-functional analysis and synthesis are used as the main research methods,сorrelation-regression analysis methods are used. The results of the study can be used to develop food policy in different regions of Russia.
