Factors of formation of high wage differentiation

Factors in the differentiation of wages by the ratio of funds include its level in the tenth decile of the distribution of workers by wages and the reasons for their fall in this decile. In the article, these issues are considered in the sectoral context by type of activity with a high ratio of funds. Two groups of industries were identified, and one of them, as the analysis showed, due to the high earnings of managers and specialists, makes a greater contribution to the formation of the tenth decile and the level of inequality in wages. It was emphasized that in order to reduce it, it is necessary to bring the minimum wage to the level of world standards (according to Keitz indices).
