The factors of functioning of the management system of service companies in conditions of instability of the business environment

The article discusses the issues related to the assessment of complexity, dynamism, interdependence, and uncertainty of the environment in which a business is functioning. The factors of internal environment influencing the operation of the management system are also discussed. The authors have found the cause-and-effect relationships that change the characteristics of the management system and the company in general under the influence of unstable business environment.
