Factors and prerequisites of regional differentiation of the Russian labor market

The article presents the results of the structural and dynamic analysis of the Russian labor market and modeling of the regional level of participation in the labor force from a set of factors, based on the generalization and development of the materials of the SPIEF-2024 session "Qualification of the Future: Labor Market and Promising Tasks of Personnel Training in the Context of Technological Changes".
