A distinctive feature of service organizations is the presence of front-line staff that directly interacts with customers. The article deals with topical issues of improving the efficiency of this category of personnel in organizations of the service sector. The factors of ensuring the growth of labor efficiency are analyzed and the directions of search of its reserves are designated.
