Factors and conditions for designing of the activities of youth organizations

This article is devoted to the analysis of the process of designing the activities of youth public organizations in the framework of the state youth policy. The author pays attention to the modern factors and conditions of construction, contributing to the establishment of partnerships between the state and society. Factors and conditions are considered in the framework of structural-functional, institutional and neo-institutional scientific approaches.
