Factors and conditions of personalization in the conditions of a trans-estate society

The article deals with the problem of determination of victimization and victimization of an individual in the conditions of a transitive society. The main characteristics of transitivity (instability, social uncertainty, transformation of values, norms, standards, etc.), deforming the process of incorporating a developing personality into different levels of systems are presented: microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem. External and internal factors and conditions of victimization of the modern personality are analyzed. Internal factors of victimization of personality unite psychodynamic basis properties and programming properties that determine content-semantic programs of behavior and activity. External factors include: psychosocial deformity and dysfunctionality of the family, the risks of the educational environment, involvement in destructive subcultures, the media, the specifics of society and the state, natural climatic and environmental conditions.
