Factors and conditions influencing the process of competitive specialists’ training

The article deals with the factors and conditions of the training process focused on the reproduction of competitive specialists. It is noted that education plays a significant role in the employment of population. The authors consider some statistics on Russia, Siberian Federal District and Novosibirsk region. It is proposed to solve the problem of personnel training by creating integrated programs of study in the institutions of secondary and higher education.
