The article deals with the investment attractiveness of Kaluga region. The assessment of the main factors of investment attractiveness for justification of the direction of actions of regional authorities is given. The advantages of the investment climate of the region are highlighted. It is concluded that all conditions for the development of large and medium-sized industries have been created in Kaluga region.
